To Market, To Market... Day 4

Hi friends and loved ones,
This has been a good day here in Haiti.
We have managed to catch up on the work - Brian, Rob and Ed worked like troopers today to accomplish that task. It was a situation where only the three of them could spend any amount of time at the school because of the nature of the work. Several of the others were there for a short time. Look how far we have come.

Well that meant that the most of us could go to the market in Verrette. The last time we were here there was so much fear for our safety that we hardly left the compound so this year it is great to have a little more freedom. The fly infested fresh meat was not particulary appealing. The place was very crowded and we had to be very careful.

You saw Brian working hard on the school above - and he has been working hard - but he has been spending time with the kids as well. In the pic below he is with Josie - the same little one that was sleeping in his arms two years ago when we were here. She sure loves Brian - as we all do. We're glad he's a part of our team.
Tomorrow promises to be a busy day - what with church - the service will likely last several hours - but I'll get to that tomorrow.
My prayer for you is that you will prepare your hearts for your worship service - wherever that may be - and that God will be praised and worshipped.
God Bless - have a good day and I'll write again tomorrow.
Pastor Dennis

We are waiting for a big storm today, hopefully no school tomorrow. Hannah is saying HI HI, she is bummed she only gets to message on Tuesday. We LOVED seeing pictures of you, Mommy is crying like a girl hehe!! That little girl is adorable.
Lots of Love,

Hay there Brother Bobby
Your little sister just wanted to say how proud of you she is, and also the rest of your family. Try not to overdo it. Drink lots of liquids and stay safe. Lots of snow here 2 days ago and another 20 cm snow today, very messy.

We have been following your work down south. We know two of the crew (Brian & Gerry)that have vast experience in digging holes in the Florida landscape. Too bad you are missing that COLD weather up north. Have a safe trip back home. Carole & Milt Roberts

Pat and I are both very proud of what you are doing, even if we are too stupid to use a blog site properly. Probably due to bad spelling. Know Gerry that I start a continuing Care coarse 26 of this month so you are home free, I treat you extra nice should you come to the Villa to live. Lol my password was hererna! becaful of that! and Pat seems cocerned about your undies being stole.
Take care
